I’ve always been interested in finding ways to make therapy feel more personal and better suited to each individual. This led me to complete a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychology, along with further training in equine-assisted therapy and horse-assisted coaching.

I continue to develop my skills and stay up to date with the therapeutic approaches and tools that have shown the strongest evidence of effectiveness, so I can offer support that is both thoughtful and effective.

I hold a degree in Psicologia amb menció en Psicologia de la Salut from the Universitat de Girona (UdG).

I completed the Màster de Psicoteràpia Integrativa through Instituto Serca.

I also completed the Màster en Intervencions Assistides amb Caballs through Fundació UdG.

I am trained in EMDR (level 1) through Associació EMDR Espanya, with accreditation from EMDR Europa.

I specialised in Coaching con cavallos (basic level) at Escola Equilibri.

I have also undertaken specialist training in Abordatge del Bullying, Psicoteràpia Integradora amb Adolescents, and TEPT (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) through AEPSIS, Syna Espai de Salut and Associació EMDR Espanya.
